• Nothing.
• Don't ensure that full order is going out!

“I called and ordered, and was told that delivery would be a hour and a half. When the order arrived it wasn't complete and I called and talked to the manager and he told me it was on it's way with what was left out. 30 minutes later I called back and asked him to return my money because my food had gotten cold, he said he wasn't authorized to make that call. So now I am out 20.00 meal and tip. To make things worse the little spineless shift manager hung up in my face. The owner of the franchise should be held accountable for the bad mistakes he or she has made in the employees they have hired. Pizza hut has not heard the end of this till I am refunded my full mount and if it takes a year they will get the items back that I did not eat because I was waiting on my order to be complete. This operation they have going on in Oak Grove is the worse I have ever seen around the FT. Campbell area and I think the owner should be held in full account. I will not be ordering from there any more. The employees are rude and also the managers and that goes for the overall manager. The owner is gutless as well and does not return a call on a complaint on his or her store. The driver showed up with the rest of my food and I sent back luke warm.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• They do not care about the customer at all, just the bottom line.

“Worst dining experience of my life! Went here with my husband and daughter, he and I both ordered steaks and she had a cheeseburger. First of all the sodas are the old fashioned small bottles and you are charged for each one, so no refills there. Waitress was rude, the entire staff acted like we didn't belong there. When our food came, the waitress very quickly put it down and hurried off, when I looked at my steak I knew why. My steak was burned, and not just a little, I ordered it med-well, and it was black on the outside, and I mean still cold. We could not locate our waitress for about 15 min and finally when she came she tried to tell us the lighting just made the steak look different, really? So, she said she would take it back and have them cook it more. Not 5 min later she brought it back even more burned of course, but no more cooked inside! She got mad, and instead of giving me a steak cooked the way I ordered it, she decided she would just not charge me for it. She would; however, still charge for the potato and salad, which was fine, until she took my potato away, and she was trying to get us out at this point, and also took my daughters cheeseburger away! We were not being rude to these people at all, but when you go someplace and pay to eat, you expect to actually be able to eat! I was so upset I actually started to cry. So we ended up leaving, we paid for one steak dinner and a couple salads, and my daughter and I walked out of this place hungry. As far as the flavor of the steaks go, my husband said this was the worst tasting steak he had ever had. Not worth the time, money, or aggravation! Do not waste your money.”

• Atmosphere, atmosphere, food, the owners are great, what a view.
• Wish it was farther up river so I could visit by boat too close to dam.

“Try the mix and match or the clams absolutely the best in town. I have been eating there for years and always leave satisfied. Try it for yourself you will be happy.”

• The cooks did a great job entertaining.
• Awful server and food.

“I eat often at open grill Japanese restaurants and this one had the worst food ever. The shrimp were small all the meat was under seasoned. We also had a party of thirty. With half being children who sat at a separate grill. We ordered our children chicken and fries ($5) they made my daughter who 3 a $12 meal and then the waitress double charged on some receipts. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.”
