• Comfortable and away from the spa
• Fertility lamps were a bit eerie. Couldn't turn the heat down

“We enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and well served. Not being interested in the spa but the hotel only, there was not much space to sit and relax with friends. The directions on the website did not include the direction we came from (Bibury) so we had to reverse those from Cheltenham and we missed the turning. It would have been good to know how far it was from Cirencester town and if a walkable distance. The hotel entrance was not very well signposted and we ended up parking in the spa carpark and walking around to find it.
It was good that the hotel was kept separate from the spa customers. The Christmas decorations were lovely. We weren't hurried off from our meal and drinks in the evening. The convivial atmosphere and good company made a very enjoyable stay.”
