• The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
• Rooms facing the street are noisy, you are not recognized as a frequent traveler.

“The Westin is a very upscale hotel near the center of Frankfurt. It is very convenient to the pedestrian walking area and the town hall area (especially nice for Christ kindle Market).”

• Great location - central to shopping. Very nice lobby and bar.
• Typical for Europe, rooms are a bit small. Traveling with 3+ people in a room is tight.

“Very nice hotel centrally located to Frankfurt's main shopping area. Easy walk to the Main river. Also an easy walk to "old" Frankfurt to visit historical and picturesque Rommenburg Square.”

• The facility was ultra-clean.
• The gym was anemic.

“The Arabella Sheraton Grand definitely lives up to expectations. It is in a great location, makes an impacting first impression and has all the amenities a business traveler would expect (nice restaurant and bar, easy access to public transport, friendly staff and very clean rooms).”

“I was thoroughly impressed by the Arabella Sheraton in Frankfurt. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were good. I asked for a wake up call, but was using the computer and modem when the time came, so the hotel sent someone up to my room to make sure I was awake. The bathroom was wonderful, and I assume the bathroom floor was heated because it was always comfortably warm. My only qualms with the hotel are two things: 1) no hot-pot or coffeemaker 2) no wi-fi in the room + expensive local calls made my phone bill for one evening about $70. The hotel was kind enough to remove a few hangup calls from the bill when my modem failed to connect.”
