Atrium shops; convenient to U-Bahn; everything about the room.
Price of breakfast; no business center; Internet in lobby not working.

“Beautiful accommodations and shops made this hotel a delightful sanctuary on our travels. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Windows overlooking atrium were nice but noisy with echoes at night. Not having Internet connections in room seemed "quaint" but not compensated for by working net connections for guests elsewhere in hotel.”

Clean and new rooms, friendly staff!
No problems at all.

“The Mercury Berlin City Ost was clean, comfortable, modern and very affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. It was a short walk to the subway, which brings a traveler to the major tourist areas of Berlin. I highly recommend it for the value if one is traveling as a tourist.”

The room and especially the bathroom was very clean and light.
I do not like carpenters on the floor.

“Good situation and near U-Bahn. We had also problems with the lock of our rooms door.”
