  • Beautiful grounds.
  • Location was too far from Cozumel Center.

“The staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful.”

  • Beautiful and unique, very helpful staff.
  • I can't think of anything that would be worth writing.

“My husband and I went for our 5year anniversary. It was romantic and the food and views were amazing. They have tennis courts, table tennis, pools and other free bonuses that we took advantage of. Overall a fabulous pick for our first real vacation alone.”

  • Location, quiet.
  • There were no wall decorations in the rooms.

“El president is recovering from the devastation of Wilma but is not 100% yet. The snorkeling is not what it was and the details were not uniform ally right (no soap in the spa showers or robes in the rooms. Much training of new staff was underway and there were many instances of very friendly and competent service. We will go back!”

  • Great location, great restaurants, first class amenities
  • not many activities for very young children (under 7)

“Our family has visited Cozumel several times in the last few years. We always stay at the Presidente and would not even consider staying anywhere else. It is absolutely everything they say it is--best location, best food, best snorkeling and diving, best amenities, and best service. It is VERY expensive, so be prepared for that. But if you are prepared to pay for it you will not be disappointed at all. It is the most exclusive and private resort on the island. Children can walk unsupervised on the grounds without concern. Like almost all other resorts, there are no lifeguards, either at the pool or on the beach. Our advice--spend the extra money and stay at the Presidente.”
