• Great, neighborhood location with café, bakery and supermarket in the same complex.
• Beds a bit too firm but that's normal for Europe.

“A comfortable, well-equipped hotel on a quiet plaza, complete with fountain and garden. Very convenient to two U-Bahn lines to get to the major destinations, only a couple of stops from the centre of West Berlin. Fitness centre (extra charge) appeared excellent.”

• Neighborhood where hotel was located.
• Staff at desk seemed unconcerned with comments, suggestions about the room.

“The hotel is a pleasant place to stay, but is not a luxury hotel. The neighborhood has several interesting local restaurants and coffee bars and is very much a residential neighborhood so it is quiet and yet convenient to Berlin's excellent Subway system.”

• Close to Subway.
• Food and Internet, HARD Beds.

“Hotel claims high speed internet access, but actually only a hot spot on the lobby which requires an 18 Euro per day fee. On top of that, there actually is NO place to plug in a laptop and NO place to work. I even had the hotel manager walking around with me looking for an outlet, but even he couldn't find one, so it's basically useless. The beds are not comfortable at all, and other than the location being close to the subway, I wouldn't stay there again, even at a cheap price. I'd pay a lot more to have a good bed, good shower and internet access while on business trips.”
