  • Location lovely.
  • Being watched by Management. Very distrustful and unfriendly.

“Lovely location but staff training is required regarding customer service, especially for the owners who don't have a clue. I have worked in many hotels, and found the staff here demoralized. It seemed to me the owners did not really want you there. I felt we were a nuisance. The owners need to ship out.”

  • Location.
  • Attitude of staff.

“Appalled by the attitude of the staff, also breakfast was the most awful I have ever encountered, bacon, rock hard fried eggs and crumpets!”

  • Leaving the hotel.
  • Distrusting management .

“The staff were very unwelcoming and insistent that rooms must be paid before they would hand over the key. The management were obviously new to the country and may well take some time to get things right but friendliness would go a long way to sorting the problem.”

“A modern built, modest hotel in a very isolated, bleak mountain location. Not fancy, but offers value for money, with friendly staff.”
