  • The friendly and helpful staff.
  • The crowd. It was a holiday weekend.

“We had such a blast at Disney World. We wanted a special treat for the kids and decided to stay at.”

  • Disney staff handled people better than we expected, and very clean.
  • Line ups were as long as 2 hours for some rides.

“Best vacation destination for families that we have ever experienced! Disney provides families with more options for entertainment than can be provided anywhere else. Great for all age groups!”

  • Great atmosphere, amazing rides, great staff.
  • Very expensive, not much for teenagers.

“Disney is an awesome place to vacation to if you've never visited before, and have younger children. The rides and shows are aimed towards a younger audience, say 5-12 years old. Most of the rides are very boring for older kids. There are some rides that older group may enjoy, such as the rollercoaster's, but for the most part they are rather lame. The restaurants, the gift shops, the hotels, and the restrooms were all very clean, and very well maintained (all though very expensive). The staff if also very well mannered and helpful. Overall I would most definitely recommend a Disney world vacation.”

  • Absolutely brilliant, especially fantastic.
  • The spectra magic parade, sound didn't match the floats, out of sync.

“I thought Disney was brilliant, and I go every year, I go in November when its not so busy, and the queues where quiet short, kids loved it, I am going back this year !”

  • Disney was better the 2nd time around, we loved the extended hours if you stay on Disney
  • Port Orleans is a nice hotel, but a lot of walking.

“We were back at Disney for the 2nd time, only because we had tickets left over from last time. the first time we were at Disney, we stayed at All Star Movies and this time we stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. Our family, kids ages 12, 9 and 7, were split on which resort was the best. At All Star movies, every thing was closer and not so much of a walk, and a very nice pool and cheper. Port Olreans offered more things to do, a small pool outside our room, but much more waking to get food or to the big pool. We went to Typhoon Lagoon for the first time and it was wonderful!!!! It had something for everyone in the family no matter what the age. My son and I swam with the sharks and sting rays for $20.00 each, which I thought was a good price for the amount of memories we took from it. Be sure to bring a water camera, as it $20.00 to buy it there. Since we stayed on Disney we were able to take advantage of the extended hours at some of the parks, which was heaven. We made sure to schedule in some down time for big Disney days. Our kids did really well the one day we did 15 hours of different disney attractions, but we had down days at our hotel or Downtown Disney on either side of that. We loved the fast passes,(we wished Universal Studios had something like this without paying an arm and a leg for the privledge!) Don't be afraid to get in line for rides while it is raining, the lines get really short and the rain only lasts for a few minutes, besides we dried off quickly and got right in. Follow what the guide book says for itineraries and book a place to eat at the park you are going to that day ahead of time. You will need some down time, it might be a little spendy, but probably not more that a hot dog, fries and a drink at a stand, but you get a place to sit down and relax a bit. Plus we brought in some of our own snacks and water to cut down on the cost and security never said a word when they checked our bags. Our kids reallyliked it the first time around, but liked it even better on the 2nd trip, we felt we knew what to expect!”
